Meet Bridget

Bridget started her career in quantitative research, and she remains a lifelong data nerd! After 15 years in strategic brand consulting for Fortune 100 companies, Bridget found she really enjoyed helping smaller non-profits and new innovators. In 2019, she started a company to do just that.


In working with companies of all sizes and managing many teams herself, Bridget realized her true curiosity is in understanding why teams succeed.


She took that curiosity and began to study organizational psychology, employment data, hiring trends and human behavior.


She combined that knowledge with her experience in corporate leadership, quantitative research and behavioral science to create data-backed training programs for today's teams, including her proprietary Individual Capital Management process.

Individual Capital Management

Individual Capital Management starts with a clear quantification of your time, effort and energy. When we see it outlined, we can begin to discuss areas of potential adjustment.


It’s not just about your career. It’s about how you show up in all the parts of your life. When you get clear on where your energy should go, you can purposefully serve yourself and your people (family, friends, co-workers, clients). Recognizing and managing the multi-dimensional nature of your life is critical to the success of Individual Capital Management.


Then we begin to gather data. We map out a plan to measure what matters to you, and we start tracking.
